Speech-Language Pathology
Cora received her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of British Columbia. She is registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) and is a member of Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC). Cora is also a Licensed SPEAK OUT! Provider and soon-to-be CAYA Partner, as she is enrolled in the upcoming CAYA Partners course this spring.
Cora is passionate about maximizing activity participation and improving quality of life for clients of all ages, from infants to adults. Cora has experience supporting both pediatric and adult clients with a wide range of needs, including early language, school-aged articulation/developmental language disorders, pediatric traumatic brain injury, and adult acquired neurological conditions. In addition to her private practice work, Cora is on the SLP on the TIDES Rural/Remote Rehab team at Sechelt hospital, providing communication and/or swallowing support for adults with neurological conditions on the Sunshine Coast.
When Cora is not working as an SLP, you can find her teaching fitness or dance classes, at the gym, reading, or dancing.
