Individualized Assessment: We begin with a comprehensive evaluation to identify areas of speech to address, such as pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, or stress patterns.  The SLPs assist the clients to understand the differences between their accents and the North American accent spoken here. 

 

Customized Program: We design a tailored plan to target specific goals, ensuring that the goals addressed are practical and achievable.  This may consist of a few measurable targets, or may consist of a more comprehensive program.
 

Ongoing Support: With regular practice and feedback, clients gain the skills to communicate more effectively and to feel more comfortable speaking in English, whether for personal or professional reasons.
